How do I get a library card?

Who can get a library card?

Anyone can get a library card. You don’t need to live in Manchester. Please note that if you are not an Iowa resident, it will cost $20 to get a card. Cards are free for anyone who lives in Iowa. The vast majority of library services are available to all cardholders. You can find a current copy of our circulation policy below.

How much do you charge for fines?

Nothing! We are now fine free. We only charge you if you lose or damage an item. Click here to read about our Fine Free Initiative.
